Asparagus has been used from early times as a vegetable and medicine, owing to its delicate flavour and diuretic properties.
Only the young shoots of asparagus are eaten.

I like a lot, both, cultivated asparagus and wild, which I pick in the nature.
And picking wild asparagus is a unique experience, it is that good, that I don't know which I like more: spending hours in the nature picking asparagus, or after eating them
And enjoy in good company, in this case, my wife and our dog.

|Prepare asparagus for cooking.Hand remove the hard parts of shoots.|
|Prepared sprouts cook with eggs.Cook about 10 minutes, or until the sprouts become soft.|
|When done, remove sprouts, chop eggs,and add a few tablespoons of water in which asparagus are cooked,salt and (most important) high-quality olive oil.|
|Stir a bit, serve and ... bon appétit|
