Zadar private accommodation - economical choice

Zadar private accommodation, the apartments, rest houses, private rooms and hostels provide the best value for your accommodation budget.

Renting an Zadar apartment can be an economical choice for families as the cost is usually much lower than renting a few hotel rooms.

In Croatia, private accommodation is categorized, regulated and rated. Rooms and apartments are awarded with one to four stars, depending on size, amenities and service (although the one-star category is being phased out).
The goal is to coordinate apartment categories with hotel categories and to enforce a certain standardization.

For three and four-person apartments, add another 5 sq m per person.

All studios and aparments come with basic dishes, glasses, silverware, pots etc. plus at least a two-burner cooker and a fridge.
A four-star unit will provide an oven, microwave or grill plus a cooker hood.
